There is a minimum investment of 1 million dollars or more (POF and LOI will be required). The more you buy, the bigger the discount. We can also provide repeated orders on product that meets your criteria. We are a real source for Bulk REO product, but we have to determine if you a real Buyer or Buyers Mandate/Rep. Once determined, we can make the REO tapes available directly to you!
We cater to investors of all sizes, big or small. If you do not meet the bulk criteria, we can provide smaller investors with more of a "cherry pick" type of list, the prices are still great but buying in bulk gives you the better deal.
